Kim Kardashian Steps Out With Baby North!

Kim Kardashian made her first public postbaby appearance with baby North West in LA this week. The new mom stepped out for a doctor's appointment and was joined by boyfriend Kanye West and a nanny, who carried North's carseat as they made their way into the building.
